Requirements Gathering

During this phase, our project manager will meet up with clients to gather the system flow and functional requirements.

Functional Specification

Based on clients’ requirements, the functional specifications will be provided for the various modules and functions of the system.

Design Prototyping

Our design team will design the user interfaces based on the system functions and client requirements.

System Development

Once the Functional Specification and Prototypes are confirmed, our development team will take over and start on the system coding.

User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Depending on the project scope, multiple UATs will be carried out on our staging server to allow clients test the system to ensure the functions work as intended and requirements are met.

Deployment of Customised System

Once all UATs are completed, the system will be deployed on our live server and our clients will be able to use the solution for their operations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I claim for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) when embarking on a website design project with Elves Lab?

No. We are not a PSG pre-approved vendor as we do not make use of website builders with pre-build functions for our projects, such as WordPress and Wix. We also do not use template designs. Instead, we create original website designs that are customised to our clients’ needs.

What is your website design package pricing like?

Generally, we are priced 25% above our competitors due to the extensive service that we provide. All our website designs are conceptualised from scratch to suit our clients’ requests. As we do not make use of website builders and website design templates, you can be assured of getting your very own unique website customised to your needs without a duplicate anywhere else.

What is your project workflow like?

After a client awards the project to us, our designer team will gather the design direction and work on the mock-up concept. We will deliver two website design concepts based on client’s corporate identity and requirements. Once the concept has been approved, we will start the website development which will take about 4 weeks. After the development, we will upload the website onto our staging server and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) with our client. Once the client return with their feedback on the website, we will amend accordingly, then launch the website.
